    • April 16th:

    • Arrive between 4-5 PM and get settled

    • Group gathering to establish and build our sacred container

    • Group exercises

    • Dinner


      April 17th:

    • Movement practice

    • Guided meditation

    • Organic vegetarian breakfast

    • Heart shares

    • Outdoor exploration and exercises to prepare

    • First sacred medicine ceremony with “Heart Medicine” begins around 5:00 PM

      April 18th:

    • Movement practice

    • Guided meditation

    • Organic vegetarian breakfast

    • Heart shares and mini-integration

    • Outdoor exploration and exercises, building the heat

    • Second sacred medicine ceremony with “Teacher Medicine” in the evening

      April 19th:

    • Movement practice

    • Guided meditation

    • Organic vegetarian breakfast

    • Heart shares and integration circle

    • Wrap up and conclusion by 12 Noon

  • Exchange:

    • $2500 - $3500 sliding scale

      • After your deposit is received, we’ll email you simple options for paying your remaining balance within the sliding scale

    • $500 non-refundable deposit to hold your space

    • Balance due two weeks prior to event (no refunds for cancellations within two weeks of event)

    • Limited space available (to receive individualized attention, weekend will be limited to 16 participants)
